CFE/RI LEARNING
The CFE/RI primary intent is to be the most innovative youth entrepreneurship accelerator in the Western Cape and specialises in shifting the minds of young people and graduates to embrace venture creation. To this extent an innovative, practical and holistic 360°GrowthWheel®development approach have been adopted. The 360°GrowthWheel includes practical based learning consisting of 360° screening tools, bespoke frameworks, decision sheets, worksheets, and action plans.
GrowthWheel™ is a hands-on, action-oriented program designed to help entrepreneurs at all stages realize their company’s growth potential.
CFE/RI therefore favours a Holistic developmental approach to SMME development. This approach supports the development of the both the “Jockey” and the “horse” to ensure that SMME’s are able to purposefully migrate from 2nd economy to the 1st economy.

COACHING
Business coaching is a process used to take a business from where it is now to where the business owner wants it to be. A business coach will assist and guide the business owner in growing their business by helping them clarify the vision of their business and how it fits in with their personal goals. Fitting the business vision in with the business owner’s personal goals is a step that is often missed by most business coaches, who often only focus on the business goals. In so doing, they are omitting the goals of the business owner altogether. The CFE/RI believe in building a healthy “horse” or business model, steered by a “jockey” or resilient entrepreneur.

The CFE/RI also provides support to its beneficiaries in the following ways:-
